There are a lot of exciting things happening at the library!
We have recently installed a new circulation system called Atriuum, in anticipation of the move to the new library. This will enable patrons to view our catalog on an OPAC (Online Patron Access Catalog) station at the new library, as well as be able to view the catalog from the comfort of your own home!
You can check to see if we have a book you want at any time. If the book is checked out, you can reserve it in the system and we notify and hold it for you when the book is in. If we have your email on record, it will automatically send you an email! In this new system, if you know a book is due but you can't make it to the library to get it back in time, you can renew the book yourself from your account!
You can also see your check out history for the last year--no more wondering if you've read a book or not!
For kids, there is a special KidzViz search specifically geared for them. If you need to know AR points for a book, it will tell you when you pull the book up!
